What Is Tandoori?
Tandoor
is an oven made from Indian Clay and is heated up with charcoal. It is used
for baking and roasting food. Baking is done on the heated walls of the Tandoor.
The food being cooked on this special Tandoor is called Tandoori. Tandoori
food has a very unique taste. Tandoor baked food has melting-in-the-mouth softness.
